Dogs dissipate heat far less efficiently than we do, which makes summer travel risky. The vest works by evaporative cooling: soak it in water, wring out the excess, and slip it on. As the water evaporates it draws heat away from your dog, keeping them comfortable mile after mile.

How to use

1. Soak the vest in cool water for 1–2 minutes.
2. Wring out the excess so it's damp, not dripping.
3. Put it on your dog — cooling starts as the water evaporates.
4. Re-wet it whenever it dries out to keep the cooling going.

Good to know: like all evaporative cooling gear, it must be wet to work, and it cools best in dry heat with some airflow. In very humid conditions the effect is gentler. It lowers your dog's temperature through evaporation — it is not an ice-pack or refrigerated vest.
