Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Just email us a photo at support@trailpaw.ca and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Wrong Item Received

Got the wrong product? We'll ship you the correct item immediately and cover all associated costs. Simple.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund. We've got you covered.
