We're committed to delivering your adventure gear quickly and reliably.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE on every order — Canada and the United States, no minimum order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for both Canada and the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

U.S. orders ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
