SHIPPING POLICY S.H.WS Essentials Last Updated: April 29, 2026 Thank you for shopping with S.H.WS Essentials. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive: • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase • A separate shipment notification email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive these communications. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 2. SHIPPING ORIGINS S.H.WS Essentials operates a global fulfilment model. Products are shipped directly from our international supplier network, with fulfilment centers located across North America and Asia. As a result, your order may originate from outside Canada. This does not affect the quality of your item or the level of service we provide. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES The following are estimated delivery windows from the date of shipment (not the order date): Canada (Domestic): 4–10 business days United States: 4–10 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. S.H.WS Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by: • Customs clearance and border inspections • Carrier disruptions or peak volume periods (e.g., holiday season) • Weather events or natural disasters • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Where "Free Shipping" is displayed on a product listing, all delivery costs are absorbed by S.H.WS Essentials. Where a shipping fee applies, it is clearly itemized at checkout. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where S.H.WS Essentials has made a fulfilment error. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after the number is issued. We monitor all active shipments on your behalf. If our system detects that your order is delayed or has stopped moving, we will contact you proactively — you do not need to reach out first. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 6. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES An order is considered lost in transit if no delivery confirmation or active tracking movement has been recorded within: • 21 business days from the shipment date (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe) • 30 business days from the shipment date (all other destinations) If your order meets this threshold, please contact us at support@shwsessentials.com. We will investigate and, upon confirmation, arrange either a full replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you. You are not required to return the original item in lost-in-transit cases. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES S.H.WS Essentials ships on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country's government or customs authority. S.H.WS Essentials has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import fees. Important: If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, S.H.WS Essentials will not issue a refund. The parcel may be returned to the sender or abandoned at the discretion of the carrier, depending on destination country regulations. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 8. MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS If your order contains more than one item, products may ship separately from different fulfilment locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. There is no additional shipping charge applied for split shipments. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. S.H.WS Essentials cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@shwsessentials.com. Address changes can only be made before your order enters fulfilment. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments and no refund will be issued for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY S.H.WS Essentials' maximum liability in connection with any shipping issue is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, customs delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
