We want you to love every product you receive from TrailPaw. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must not show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exception: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the return. See below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@trailpaw.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your expense
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@trailpaw.ca with a photo and we'll resolve it right away — at no cost to you.
