The strap is thick and hard... and the extendable area is really good... highly recommended.

I tried this product last time and liked it, so I bought an extra one.
This is a good and very comfortable leash. Although it is a little bit too short compared to our regular leash. The maximum reach is about 175cm, so it leaves the dog less range to sniff around. But the concept is very clever. I don’t need to grab more leash to my hand if the dog is near my leg. The rubber band solves that automatically. And the leash doesn’t sag to the ground. The reflective material is also good quality but it is very narrow and directional (it is placed on the front and back but not on the side).
Received the item, super fast delivery, well packaged, I am very satisfied with this product.
The carabiner is not exactly as shown in the photo; although it is the frog type, it is the small one with a simple stopper, which wears out and gives way quickly, has a short lifespan, or can be risky if someone does not notice the wear and tear.

Exactly as in the description. the leash is well built and strong. the lock is robust and works well. it's a bit heavier than a regular leash but that's part of the trade-off, so all good.
The latching mechanism is wowzas good, the stretchy bit is like on others, gradually gets stronger, the buckle fits into 2025 passat rear seat buckle perfectly. overall this is a really decent piece of kit. ships fast and is packed so tiny i bet some delivery drivers will get it through a letterbox slot. well impressed.

It is of good quality, but being elastic for the car is not highly recommended, as if there is an accident, being elastic might cause the dog to fly away, but otherwise it works quite well.
